AppyLux ("we", "our", or "us") operates the mobile game Hacker Simulator (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our App. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect 1.1 Gameplay & Progress Data We collect and store your in-game progress locally on your device (and via cloud synchronization if you choose to sign in), including: • Completed hacking courses, contract missions, and tutorial progress. • Virtual balance, operative rank, hardware upgrade levels, and heat status.

1.2 Account & Sign-In Information (Optional) Our App provides an optional cloud save feature using third-party authentication (such as Google Sign-In via Firebase Authentication). When you choose to sign in, we collect basic profile details (such as your User ID, name, or email) solely to associate your saved game progress with your account across devices.

1.3 Automatically Collected Diagnostic & Analytics Data When you play Hacker Simulator, we automatically collect certain technical and usage information through Firebase services, including: • Device Information: Device model, operating system version, system language, and network connection type. • Usage & Engagement Data: Session duration, game screens viewed, features interacted with, and milestone events (e.g., course or contract completion). • Diagnostics & Crash Logs: Crash traces, error logs, and performance metrics via Firebase Crashlytics to detect bugs and optimize game stability.

1.4 Advertising and Google Advertising ID (AD_ID) To support development and serve relevant advertisements (via Google AdMob or Google Play Services), the App requests and uses the Google Play Advertising ID (AD_ID). This identifier allows advertising and analytics networks to measure ad performance, prevent fraud, and deliver relevant ad experiences in accordance with Google Play Developer Policies.

1.5 Device Storage and Permissions Hacker Simulator operates within a self-contained sandbox environment. We do not access, read, or collect your personal files, photos, media, contacts, camera, or microphone.

2. Nature of the Application (Simulation Disclaimer) Hacker Simulator is purely an educational simulation and puzzle game. All terminal commands, IP addresses, domains, network scans, and targets depicted in the game are entirely fictional and operate exclusively inside the sandboxed game interface. The App does not interact with, attack, or access any real-world networks or systems.

3. How We Use Your Information We use the collected information for the following purposes: • To provide, operate, and maintain core game features. • To save and sync your game progress across devices when signed in. • To analyze user trends, monitor retention, and improve gameplay mechanics via Firebase Analytics. • To identify technical issues, app crashes, and resolve bugs via Firebase Crashlytics. • To deliver non-intrusive advertisements and evaluate ad performance.
