This Privacy Policy describes how your information is collected, used, and protected when you download, install, and use Gyaru Dress Up (the "App"), developed and published by Appylux ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not use the App.

1. Information We Collect We collect information to provide you with fashion styling tools, social community features, outfit sharing, and a stable, reliable application experience. 1.1 Account & Authentication Information (Optional) You can use core styling features of the App without creating an account. However, to access community features such as publishing outfits to the feed, participating in fashion battles, commenting, and following other stylists, you may sign in using Google Sign-In: • Profile Information: When you sign in with your Google account via Firebase Authentication, we collect your unique account identifier (UID), your display name, your email address, and your public profile picture URL. • Stylist Profile Data: You can customize your stylist handle (@username) and biography. We also record your public styling statistics, such as your total battle wins, follower counts, and following counts. • Guest Usage: If you choose not to sign in, you can still access the offline dressing studio and save outfits locally to your device without providing any personal information. 1.2 User-Generated Content (UGC) & Outfits When you use the styling canvas and community features, we process content that you actively create and choose to share: • Created Looks & Canvas Snapshots: When you tap "Publish" or enter a fashion battle, the outfit image generated on your canvas is uploaded to our secure cloud storage (Cloudflare R2) and displayed in the global community feed. • Posts, Comments, and Likes: We store post titles, fashion style tags, comments you publish on looks, bookmarks (saved looks), and like interactions. • Fashion Battles & Voting: When you participate in fashion battles, your selected theme outfits and community showdown votes are recorded to calculate battle outcomes and rankings. 1.3 Device Storage & Photo Library Permissions • Saving Outfits to Gallery (READ_MEDIA_IMAGES / Photo Gallery Access): If you choose to export your styled avatar or purikura canvas to your device, the App requests permission to write the final image file to your device's photo gallery. • No Scanning of Personal Files: The App accesses your storage solely to save the outfits you explicitly export. We never scan, browse, collect, read, or upload your private photos, videos, contacts, or documents stored on your device. 1.4 Push Notifications (Firebase Cloud Messaging) If you grant notification permissions, we collect your device's Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) registration token to deliver updates regarding your account, such as notifications when another stylist likes your look, comments on your post, follows your profile, or when a fashion battle concludes. You can enable or disable push notifications at any time in your device's system settings. 1.5 Diagnostic, Crash Reporting & Technical Information To maintain high performance and prevent crashes, integrated Google Firebase services automatically collect non-personally identifiable technical information: • Crash Reporting (Google Firebase Crashlytics): If the application encounters an error or crash, Firebase Crashlytics records technical diagnostics. This includes your device model, operating system version, memory status, system architecture, and error stack traces. If you are signed in, crash logs may be associated with your anonymous user ID to resolve account-specific technical bugs. • Usage Statistics (Google Firebase Analytics): We collect anonymous, aggregated usage data to understand user navigation and feature adoption. This includes screen views (Styling Studio, Battle Lobby, Community Feed, Profile, Canvas Editor) and in-app actions (e.g., looks published, looks saved to gallery, battle starts, votes cast). • Google Advertising Identifier (AD_ID): In compliance with Google Play Developer Policies, the App declares the Google Advertising ID permission (com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID). This identifier is utilized strictly by integrated Google Firebase SDKs for aggregated diagnostic metrics and app performance attribution.

2. How We Use Your Information We use the information we collect strictly for the following purposes: • To provide avatar customization tools, wardrobe layering, and canvas photo editing features. • To maintain your stylist account, authenticate your login, and display your public profile. • To host, publish, and display your created outfits in the community feed and fashion battle showdowns. • To enable community interactions, including likes, comments, bookmarks, and follower relationships. • To calculate fair fashion battle results and leaderboard rankings. • To detect, investigate, and prevent abusive content, spam, harassment, or violations of our community guidelines. • To diagnose bugs, fix performance bottlenecks, prevent network timeouts, and improve overall app stability. We do not sell, rent, monetize, or trade any personal information, uploaded images, or individual usage data to third-party data brokers or advertisers.

3. 4. Community Safety, Moderation & Reporting Gyaru Dress Up features a shared community feed. To ensure a safe, welcoming environment for all users: • Content Moderation: Outfits, text stickers, comments, and usernames must comply with our community guidelines. Content containing hate speech, harassment, explicit sexual material, violence, or illegal behavior is strictly prohibited. • User Reporting & Blocking: Every post and comment features an in-app report mechanism. Users can report inappropriate content or abusive behavior. Reported items are reviewed by our moderation team, and content violating our policies will be promptly removed. Users who violate policies are subject to account suspension or termination.

5. Data Retention, Control, and Account Deletion We believe in giving you complete control over your data: • Local Device Data: You can delete all locally cached items, draft outfits, and application preferences by clearing the App's storage via your device settings (Settings > Apps > Gyaru Dress Up > Storage > Clear Data). • User-Generated Content Removal: You can delete any look you published to the community feed directly within the App at any time. When a post is deleted, its image is permanently removed from our active database and cloud storage. • Complete Account & Data Deletion: In accordance with Google Play data safety requirements, you have the right to request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated data. You can initiate account deletion within the App settings or by sending an email with your registered email address to support@appylux.org. Upon confirmation, your profile, authentication records, published looks, comments, battle records, and cloud-stored images will be permanently erased from our production servers within 30 days. • Diagnostic Log Retention: Crash logs and aggregated analytics stored by Google Firebase are automatically purged according to Firebase's standard retention cycles (typically 90 to 180 days).

6. Children's Privacy Gyaru Dress Up is designed for general audiences, teens, and fashion enthusiasts. The App does not knowingly solicit or collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in jurisdictions where required by law, such as the European Union). If we become aware that personal information has been collected from a child without verifiable parental consent, we will take immediate steps to delete that information from our servers. 7. Security of Your Information We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to safeguard your personal data and uploaded content. All network communication between the App and our backend servers is encrypted using standard Transport Layer Security (TLS/HTTPS). User uploads and authentication tokens are securely managed through verified cloud infrastructure. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect updates in our features, technological enhancements, regulatory requirements, or Google Play Developer Policies. Any revisions will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed about how we protect your information.
